In addition to the functions of standard telephone systems, TeamSIP offers you a great variety of functions which up to recently used to be viable only for large enterprises. These include telephony throughout dispersed locations, call centre functions and flexible call schedules.
As TeamSIP is a software-based telephone system, its own programming language allows for complex workflows to be implemented in an easy way. New functions can be integrated via updates, giving you access to technology which is always up to date.
Interfaces to different IT systems can easily be realised via so-called “connectors“.
The telephone server and the Teamserver communicate via database. On the client’s side, the TeamCenter communicates with the telephone server via SIP, and with the TeamServer via SOAP (web service).
In order to support the integration of various applications in a flexible way, the scope of functions can be extented from server as well as from client by employing special connectors. These connectors include interfaces with the applications and TeamSIP. In addition, connectors can incorporate intrinsic program codes for the display of specific work flows.
